We have developed this important project to overcome the limitations of the machines currently on the market and the technology available.
The need arose from the requests of our customers (to cover dance floors with a diameter greater than 35 meters).
Until then, the same effect was probably obtained with the installation of 6 standard guns (with an operator for each machine), or with a “fall” effect (made by suspending different machines generating foam at high altitudes, but with the limit of the foam concentration at the base of the structure).
We wanted a machine that even in its imposing size, was manageable, dynamic, human-sized and at the same time it had the characteristics above expectations, in short, a “super foam cannon”, but definitely within reach.
The result of our design, prototyping and the success of our live tests (as shown by the video clip recorded at the Gay Village Roma), is called TECHNO DEMON.
A unique machine of its kind “Demon Foam Cannon Machine”!
With a range of over 35 meters, perfect balancing and aiming with fast systems (to be operated by a single operator), a customized trolley (with concealed cable glands), reinforce wheels for easy movement, loading and unloading and all with the minimum possible labor, they make this machine essential and minimalist and at the same time functional and powerful.
Techno Demon is the world’s most powerful foam maker for foam parties without necessarily having to be the largest.
In the “Techno Demon Foam Cannon Machine” project, we achieved maximum performance in terms of range, density, coverage, opening and all with surprising ease of use (only one operator), and a very minimal footprint.
CANNON AT THE MAXIMUM POWER
With a huge 7.5 Kw motor, three 80 cm blades with a special inclination, designed for maximum performance in terms of displaced air volume and 2 very powerful 6c.v pumps, the Techno Demon Foam Machine can be supplied in the three-phase or single-phase version (on customer request) without compromising the final yield.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
STANDARD VERSION
The controls on the machine allow the standard controls (switching on / off via relay on).
DIGI VERSION
The control unit (accessory installed on a special “stand style” support) allows to manage all the functions of the machine. Through a comfortable, generous and modern “touch” display it is possible to control, in addition to the main functions, the switching on of the individual pumps and the number of revolutions of the motor with “inverter” technology.
The “DIGI CONTROLLER” (accessory) makes it possible to obtain completely different effects (long or medium-range guns, drop effect or increase or decrease the density of the foam generated, reduce consumption to 50% without compromising the maximum range, etc.) ).
DIGI CONTROLLER,
is also a convenient security system that allows you to avoid accidental start-up of the machine (thanks to the lock and password *) and includes “by default” when switching on and off the correct phases priority switching on .
FINISH STEEL OR ALUMINUM
The sturdy galvanized steel of the structure is ennobled by the finish that forms a single body between metal, bottom and the epoxy paint fixed to the oven making it in fact, indestructible and “scratch-resistant” in the recognizable tonal color Starlights.
It is possible to request the production in the “ultra light” version in aluminum alloy.
CUSTOME TIPE
Techno Demon can be produced on request in the following versions:
– “ultra light” in aluminum alloy;
– customized in color or airbrushed;
– personalized with the client’s logo and colors;
* These versions may take longer to deliver than the standard and a surcharge (please be careful).
LEDSIGN
We highly recommend this accessory because it is not a simple LED lighting system! It is a true scenographic that enriches your machinery making it “monstrously” captivating, attractive and catalysing for the public. Your customers will be happy to host these special effects machines because, with their presence alone, they will make the environment much more modern and hitech (often supporting also scenography and animation).
The function can be switched off at will.
